Please note, our range of beautiful dresses and beanie hats arrive wrapped up in acid-free tissue and postal bag.

Postage Costs

We offer Royal?Mail 1st Class Signed for and?tracked?delivery at a rate of ??10.00?to the UK on all orders as standard.? This will be automatically applied to your order at checkout. UK delivery usually takes 1-4 working days and can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn?t arrived within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.

For deliveries to Europe we offer delivery rate of ?12.99?Deliveries to Europe usually take 5-7 working days but can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn?t arrived within 10 days of you placing your order, please contact us.

For deliveries to the Rest of World, we offer?Royal Mail International tracked and Signed?delivery rate of ?14.99.??Rest of World deliveries usually take 7-10 working days but can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn?t arrived within 14 days of you placing your order, please contact us.?

Hassle-free returns

At AprylandRose we offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy for UK customers and 21-days for non-UK customers. In the very unlikely event that your item is faulty, please notify us immediately and we will of course exchange or refund your order.

To receive a refund the item must be in an original, saleable and unworn condition, with the security tag still attached, unbroken and ?in tact. If the item is found to be in breach of this, it will be considered void and no refund can be given.

Please note, that all returns postage is at the buyer?s expense, unless the item is faulty.
